About the Blog

Science, Science everywhere…no scarcity of drops to drink! Trying to get scientific information these days feels more like trying to drink out of a firehose.  There is a glut of information, both sensible and nonsensical.  It is often difficult to distinguish between the two.  But we try to help!  Through public lectures, radio programs, television appearances, books, newspaper columns and, of course, on this blog we endeavour to separate the sense from nonsense and provide commentaries on a variety of scientific issues.
Our blog entries range from historic segments and opinion pieces to accounts of current research and answers to questions “you asked.”
