Aeroplan is looking for a Social Media Coordinator

Aeroplan is currently looking for a Social Media Coordinator. The social media coordinator is responsible for responding to members and providing excellent customer service on Aeroplan’s social media channels including facebook, Twitter and the Aeroplan Blog.  They are also required to monitor conversations on external websites & generate monthly reports highlighting trends and volumes.

The Social Media Coordinator will be performing some of the following tasks:

. Monitor the social web & identify customer service related conversations on blogs, forums, social networks (Facebook and Twitter) and other non-Aeroplan channels

.Interact with members who have questions about the Aeroplan Program & leverage the response strategy to resolve or re-direct members to the appropriate help channel

.Work closely with the Marketing Social Media Manager & Corporate Communications team during major promotions, program changes and announcements

.Reach out to various departments to alert them of member issues or concerns

.Help develop the social media content and marketing calendar Facebook, Twitter and blog.

.Coordinate the development and execution of social media campaigns and report on their effectiveness

.Review posts on Aeroplan blog, to ensure partners, facts and programs are up to date

.Research information about destinations, cities and events which will enhance Aeroplan blog
