Public Relations Programs

Working under the supervision of the Public Relations Manager, the incumbent will have the following responsibilities:

• Produce daily and monthly reports, especially relating to social media and press reviews;
• Monitor news and perform a quick analysis of any issues;
• Research, collect and analyze information on various topics;
• Coordinate the distribution of press releases with the Communications team;
• Coordinate and follow up on various communications for the “Guest Speakers’ Office” to ensure that company members are given effective visibility and support (e.g. with PPT presentations, speeches, etc.);
• Manage requests regarding the company’s participation in public events;
• Advise and support the Public Relations Manager on issues relating to crisis management, public relations and media relations;
• Coordinate content production and distribution activities, including writing, proofreading, translation, graphic design, etc.
