McGill University is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate design projects such as brochures, mail-outs, promotional items, ads, signage, and reports between branding agencies and various programs and departments at the Faculty
  • Write and edit content for web, publications, and marketing materials including brochures, advertisements and displays as well as compile content for various reports, newsletters, and award nominations
  • Conduct marketing research and implement marketing plans (advertising, partnerships, and sponsorship) to promote the BCom, CPA, International Summer Program, International Masters for Health Leadership, and Six Sigma
  • Manage social media content for student engagement, recruitment and alumni relations (LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, etc…), and conduct research on best practices, new marketing and tracking tools on social media
  • Organize and manage networking receptions and workshops with industry partners, including large-scale annual alumni events, and connect with different departments to share costs, increase attendance and impact
  • Support day-to-day content management and structural overhauls of the Desautels website
  • Help develop and test the Desautels mobile app
