Sanofi Canada is currently looking for a communication associates on a part-time basis (2 1/2 days per week).

Position summary
The role of the Communications associate will be to support the Communications team through message distribution internally as well as for Sanofi Canada’s main corporate social media sites.
Key responsibilities and duties for this job
·         In support of internal communications managers, create and distribute messages to employees inviting them to participate in internal events and informing them of key business decisions and activities.
·         Create power point slides and audio visual materials in support of internal messages.
·         Under the direction of the external communications managers, assume role of Community Manager for the Sanofi Canada corporate social channels (Twitter and YouTube). Create, assure approvals and post messages and videos.  Monitor key influencers and recommend retweets, analyze online activity and report on ways to improve online visibility through social media channels.
·        Occasional support in translating from English to French.
·        Participate in special projects
